Graphic Designer position sitting within the Corporate Design Team, you will provide specialist, high-quality support to the Corporate Design Coordinator. You will play a vital role in executing creative projects that align with the organisation's priorities, ensuring the organisation maintains a consistent, professional image in accordance with our Corporate Branding Policy. Working collaboratively alongside digital media, marketing, events, and publications teams, you will help shape meaningful communication channels for both internal stakeholders and the broader community.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Undertake graphic design for corporate projects, taking concepts from creative briefs all the way through to final print and digital production

  • Work directly with internal clients on creative development, managing feedback, updates, and approvals while ensuring projects meet timelines and budgets

  • Adhere to and provide professional advice regarding the Corporate Branding Policy & Standards

  • Liaise with external vendors to manage design specifications, secure quotations, and make production recommendations

  • Maintain and perform data entry within the FileMaker Pro database to assist in producing official certificates

Essential Requirements:

  • Highly developed, professional skills in current design software, including Adobe Creative Cloud (After Effects, Acrobat Pro, Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere Pro) and Cinema 4D

  • Full conversancy working across both Windows and Apple Macintosh environments.

  • Experience with broadcast and motion graphics across multiple digital platforms, alongside up-to-date knowledge of current print production techniques

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications (TAFE level) in design (or a related industry), or equivalent proven experience in a corporate or government design environment.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to translate routine technical information into clear, "Plain English" for diverse stakeholders.

  • The ability to obtain and maintain the requisite security clearances required by the NSW Police Force
